Account Safety · Published October 24, 2026 · 1 min read · By TMGuide

If you notice something odd, acting quickly limits the damage.

Warning signs

  • Orders you did not place.
  • An unfamiliar delivery address or saved payment method.
  • Password reset messages you did not request.
  • Being signed out unexpectedly.

The first hour

  1. Change your password to a long, unique one.
  2. Remove saved payment methods and addresses you do not recognize.
  3. Check your recent orders and cancel any you did not make, if the option exists.
  4. Look at your bank or card activity for matching charges.
  5. Report the problem through the Help section of the app.

Afterwards

Change the password on any other account that used the same one, and turn on any extra verification the app offers. Be cautious of messages claiming to fix the problem. They are often scams.
