Step 2. Get prepared

The contact page shows a short checklist for your topic. Having your order number and a few details ready keeps the call short.

Step 3. Understand your options

We ask a few questions, then explain what you can do, in order, from the simplest fix to the last resort. If a fee applies to any service, you hear it before you agree.

Step 4. Contact Temu with a clear request

You send your request through the official Temu app or Help Center. If anything on your screen looks different from what we described, call us again.
