A late order is frustrating, but acting in the right order saves effort.
Step 1. Read the order page
Check the estimated delivery window and the latest tracking update. Windows can be revised, so make sure you are looking at the current one.
Step 2. Look at the pattern, not one update
International parcels often show long gaps between scans, particularly around customs and when a local carrier takes over. A gap of a few days is common. A gap that continues well beyond the estimate is worth raising.
Step 3. Confirm the address
Make sure the address on the order is complete and correct, including unit numbers. An unusable address can delay delivery.
Step 4. Check the usual spots
If the status says delivered, check porches, mailrooms, neighbors and building staff, and wait one business day in case of an early scan.
Step 5. Contact Temu with specifics
Use the help option on the order. Include the order number, the estimated date, the last tracking update and one sentence stating what you want, such as an update, a replacement or a refund.
